1. Reservations and Payments

• All reservations require a deposit to be confirmed.
• The deposit amount is 50% of the total tour price and is made exclusively via WhatsApp.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the tour before the activity begins.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored.

2. Cancellation and Changes Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Failure to show up on the day of the tour (No Show): 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
• Date changes are subject to availability.

3. Punctuality

• Clients must arrive at least 30 minutes early before the scheduled time.
• Delays longer than 15 minutes may result in tour cancellation without a refund of the deposit.

4. Participation Requirements

• Minimum driving age: 16 or 18 years old (with valid permit or driver's license).
• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• All participants must sign a liability waiver (waiver) before starting the tour.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Following the guides’ instructions at all times is mandatory.
• Reckless driving may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
• The use of helmets and safety equipment is mandatory throughout the entire tour.

6. Damages and Liability

• The client is responsible for any damage caused by misuse or negligence of the vehicle.
• The company is not responsible for lost, wet, or damaged personal belongings.
• It is recommended not to bring valuables during the tour.

7. Weather and Force Majeure

• In the event of extreme weather conditions or force majeure, the company may reschedule the tour or issue a voucher for a future date.
• No cash refunds apply due to force majeure causes.
• Restrictions apply: rescheduling or vouchers are subject to availability, limited validity, internal operational policies, and safety conditions.

8. Image Use

• Photos and videos may be taken during the tour for promotional purposes.
• By participating, the client authorizes the use of their image on social media and advertising materials without financial compensation.
• If the client does not wish to appear, they must inform the company before the tour begins.

9. Health and Physical Conditions

• The tour is not recommended for people with back, neck, or heart conditions.
• Not recommended for pregnant women.
• The client participates at their own risk and declares to be in suitable physical condition.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation and/or participating in the tour, the client declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions described herein.
